Hello!
My name is Ella, I study Art and Technology at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences. I grew up in my fathers workshop and since I was little I have been inspired by the objects he restores. I often visit museums where the displays inspire me with old and new techniques.
I like to draw and I am often doing small projects; coming up with smart solutions for my home or designing t-shirts for associations, for example.
I think the fusion of Art and Technology is very interesting. It fascinates me how much technology is present in creating art and how much art there is in technology. Not only the art in museums is something I consider to be art, furniture and architecture as well. Coming up with solutions for design problems is something which interests me very much. Whether you solve problems for making graphics, illustrations or programming for Arduino, there is always something from both art and technology which can be part of a solution.
